THIS EVENT IS NOW POSTPONED UNTIL OCTOBER 2020
This event is being hosted jointly by Algae-UK and a team from the Interreg2Seas funded project, Valorizing Algae for Taste, and will bring together all interested stakeholders, to discuss the latest developments and UK requirements for increasing the use of algae for food and food ingredients.
Roundtables will be organised to debate the most important challenges and suggested solutions for policy, environment and regulation; value chains; markets and consumers; and science, technology and innovation and to shape the outcomes into a roadmap that highlights key priority areas that need to be addressed between now and 2025.
The event will run from 09:00hrs (registration opens at 08:40hrs) until around 17:00hrs.
