R&D Scientist

Reporting directly to the Senior R&D Scientist, you will work as part of the R&D Team and contribute to the successful delivery of the company’s lab-based research projects. You will work closely with the Production Team supporting their needs as they work towards the commercialisation of the company’s first product. You will be an active contributor in Team meetings, presenting practical results and conclusions, contributing to discussions around standardisation of methods and processes, as well as design of future experiments. You will support the Lab Manager with lab upkeep, assisting with the preparation of media, maintenance of cultures, and development of new lab protocols.
